Why do all the patches from 3arc are so damn big..

I tested it out and some things changed, like the dlc filter, but also when you plant a claymore the pickup the claymore text and picture are changed. Also there is extreme much lag on some servers. It's like that someone put a matrix slowmotion mod on it. And... everyone on the same time has it.
