Is this possible? Can i play first patch and i don't have to download last patch Black ops?

you can disable auto updating via steam..

but you cant play online because the servers will not allow you, because you have a different version then the server is made for

if you can find a server that still runs on the old patch, then you can

i think you can yes.. but how do you want to get the old version? if you reinstall the game via steam it auto downloads the up to date version... if you can get the one w/o update you can try to play private matches.

the only problem is that when you start it it says 'Connecting, fetching stats etc' i think its checking your version also and when its not up to date it'll probably say something like 'Your game is not Up-to-date, visit blablabla.com for updates'

but you can try

it doesnt even makes sense to disallow a patch...no one can play with you, you cant play with anybody else.
