High Problem Knife

Hi!
I have a serious problem!
My server is full almost all day!
But the problem I have is that it's sniper mode!
and despite the warnings not to kill with a knife appear every 15 seconds ....
They keep killing with a knife!
That's why I need to do a great help ....
Plugins That I need a note to players 3 times before they leave for killing with a knife?
