Help 3 Questions

Hi,
i have get the Deagle into black ops with Se7en's tutorial.But i have some questions:

2nd: How can i make it that i an aim with the Deagle ?
3t: Can someone make a skin for it ? Gold with Black Grips or can say me a good tutorial where i dont need photoshop! ?

Yeah looks good, but where i can find the skin ?
1st problem i cant fix but if you aim its gone
2nd is fixed know you can aim
Now i only must fix some little things and need the skin
