Reporting is just a bullshit function developers like to put in their games, it does nothing (like in CoD), or there are so many that you can't view all of them.

well dice actually accept reports and is working on them! you can read a few articles on ea/battlelog.
they are banning/resetting stats players manually that have been reported for glitching, stats boosting, cheating etc...

de facto they are looking into reports

IW is doing that too but only on xbox360 (obviously).
