Do u guys know how to see the c++ code of any program ? Like a program another guy made and stuff ? Plz help me

depends on the program or tool you want to look into it and who compiled it.
reverse engineering is not easy if you need to find the oep. you must be experienced in coding like supernova is.
most people use ida pro or debuggers like odbg

Yes this is impossible without the source code try searching it up. You can always try a debugger or disassembler to dump the assembly code.
