Is it possible to port weapons into mw2?
From what I know there is not a mw2 mod tools.

Not officially.(Plus not even released.)
(And not for official MW2.)

.. and never will be released.

Well, I hope it'll be released.

It'll be available sometime later. It's just there's no support for loading a fast file officially through mods.
