Russian Keys now offer ENGLISH language

Yeah it works so get rid of your language files and extras and just download as normal and enjoy your savings.

A little tip:
if you change the language via steam change the language at all mw 3 products! Singleplayer,Multiplayer and Dedi Server! Or it starts to download you normal language....i had the problem but now all works!
