Yeah, complaints about not getting them. Before that Radiant was default.

Now you mention it, I never heard anything about radiant for boppys 1 either, just lots of complaints about not getting them

Havent heard anything about mod tools since bop1

(Black Ops 2 never got them but they were promised afaik; or ghosts or aw or something we had inbetween)

(Black Ops 1 tools were delayed multiple times and then suddenly didn't contain the map editor)

Well, wouldn't be the first time they promised mod tools and wouldn't deliver. I do expect some form of "mod tools" to appear for Blops 3 though. No idea when though
