Train sim dlc's can only be bought separately and when I tried to do so yesterday, Steam timed out multiple times, after 10 minutes they still weren't in my shopping cart

(also: steampowered sessionserver times out when you add many many games quickly (try the "Add all DLC" button on the trainsimulator page ($4800). 30 sec page load time and you're logged out. Logging in takes ~10 seconds again; rip your 3 minutes)
