But, is this safe to use? I mean i wouldnt use it in multplayer hat so ever but is it 100% safe to use in singleplayer? Do they even have anti-cheat stuff in single player?

In the beginning I think it had but now it should be safe to use in singleplayer...

I use barata console and CE in mw3 mp 4 config host and never banned
I only use CE in BO2 4 set off DOF = banned
