Hello there! i have tried to use this shop system, but i dont get the Commands to work, and the HUD (menu) doesn't been saved after the map changes, how can i fix it? or can you fix this?

move all files in plugins folder?
you need to move all files to your plugin folder,( #items.txt - #moonshop.dll - #stat_moonshop.stat - #System.Data.SQLite.dll ) the Readme.txt is good for you to read if you want, or just delete it. you just need this files above this!
(PS: there are buggs on the plugin, ones is none of the commands works, the HUD doesn't recreate after map change)

Ask the developer be cause i can't do that, i try to learn how to create awesome plugins as this one!
