You can donate $0,01 but you won't get any games. Only if you donate more than $1 you get games, 6 to be exact. If you pay more than the average (which is about 6 dollar) you get 6 games + saints row.

You always needed to pay at least $1 to get steam keys, this humble bundle is steam only so it's at least $1.

With Bundle 3 or 4 I literally saw a friend of mine pay 1 cent with his CC and get the Steam keys.

Well, I don't know then. Maybe those 2 bundles were different, because there usually is a warning on the site saying you won't get steam keys unless you play $1.

And with this bundle this warning is displayed:
