So you only need VPN to activate it, but after that you wont need it to launch the game from Steam correct?
Also, will I be able to play against people from NA as well or only with the other RoW gamers?

so u activated game via RU vpn and then u dont need VPN for actualy playing the game? and there are no restriction for MP, like playing only with ppl from RU etc? thanks

According to various sources, RoW BO2 key should be region free. Will update again once I get the key myself.

how do you do that? you need to register the key on steam before you can download it.
