BTW, does it reset all your loadouts and PRO Perks? Can I do this from my steam installed BlackOps and not be banned?

For all the people asking about getting banned : no, you cant, just turn the vac off.
no, it just changes lvl and prestige, classes are same as before using this.

I will make a tut but if you want i can make it with mic but im only 13 , my birthday was in like 1-2 months so if you wont laugh and things like that i will make it.. and if not i can just make a text one.. up to y'all guys
