It works you just need to contact EA and tell them you need a Vietnam code. They will activate it manually. Skip the process of uninstalling though. Its unnecessary since the updates add Vietnam anyway!

Well it worked for me, i just went into the EA Live chat and told them that i dident get any key when i bought it. So they activated it for me somehow
