If Zombies are exclusively in the MP executable it will have VAC.
Also at least since MW2 the collectors editions had something "expensive" in them.
MW2 had a real working nightvision device.
Black Ops had a fast RC car (without the bomb on it).
No idea what MW3 had.
Black Ops 2 will have this RC chopper.
Also I guess it's cheap to buy it this way, because for example with the nightvision device it would be more expensive to buy it seperately -> the extra is very cheap or in other words -> they give you money to take their shit game.
