I had a mod/plugin idea. I didnt know to post it in help or here.
The mod is
HOMIE vs PEN TIMER
Each player starts out with only knifes. There are some weapons in the middle of the map and a few spread out. They all have limited ammo. And they are the only guns available the whole match. No killstreaks, and no perks. And to go way out there have a drop of weapons mid match. The match would have a high score and time limit. .
I dont know f it could happen but it sounds hectic Im running it on my server but its knife only, no perks or killstreaks. Team A Homie, Team B Pen Timer. If a few guns were thrown about it would be dope.
I think it's possible but they would be invisible (you can't see them on the ground). You could get players coordinate and when they are at the middle at a certain location you could give them a weapon. Not sure though.

yes but how would someone know where the weapons was? it can be done but i dont think that way it will be that fun to play

yes but how would someone know where the weapons was? it can be done but i dont think that way it will be that fun to play
Save coordinates flag > check if player is at flag by comparing current location with flag-location (coordinates).
Than give player weapon when current location = flag location.
The weapons could be at the middle of the map, and each team always spawns at either end of the map. Is it possible to have limited ammo in them? And limit how many there are? I could never make such a thing. So sorry if its a huge request. To me it does sound like a funmode.
I guess worst case it could be like Team Gun Game. Only you start with a TAC and Throwing knife, and after 2 kills you start getting weapons.
