Why do they hire people who don't speak english?

People in Karkland are really cheap to hire. The only downside is that they don't speak English very well.

You are basically not paying for it again by the way.

You pay for the premium pack which has a fixed price of (YOUR CURRENCY HERE)50 and the only reason the webshop shows Back to Karkand as being paid for is because that's how their DLC system works: you get access to already existing packages.
A refund will obviously not be possibru.
