He did something he should regret and im pretty sure he thought that he wouldn't get caught because " the point of internet that you can do anonymus things" well heres some news for you (@kokole, not azu) , even if it was $5 im sure that the person you stole the money can report you, you can then EASILY be contacted by the police, ISP etc and if the person wants to pursue you could most likely end up getting into serious trouble.
