Italy is last map and replace dlc4, there's 16 Dlc = 16 new maps

first pic was some models with the right position in the map, in this case destructible models or better models with which you can interact, hvr the same way to find out player models and/or texture and how you can see there's even position in the map for allies flag (left side under blu line, enemy is near).
For your question not there's not 16 dlc but only 16 new maps and if you will pay or not depends only to iw....
