i had same error, but when i asked my friend to give me him's EFED, it worked.
sound list: there are not all sounds, almost all in the ffs

When I load a effect in effecteditor I can't even see it :/

Try using cod5 fxed.

could you load bo fx'es and make bo fx's with that?

i think so but the bo one should work , sometimes i have to load it up then quit and load it again before it will work
