Considering @Yamato is from Spain, he speaks English very good actually. I remember when I was in Spain, most of the communication was done using body language.
Also, @Yamato is much older than all of us, "old" people didn't learn English at early age like kids in Spain do now.

I was in Spain a year ago for a week. I spoke to nobody who could speak english, and the only spanish word I knew was: ola (hello).

You are absolutely wrong. We know English not as good as other countries do because our language is ABSOLUTELY different from English, while many of other european languages are very similar. Also, we have vodka so what do we need to learn english for? *drinkdrinkdrinkdrink*
