Simple request, but its posible?

I want a plugin to change upcoming map, by Admin command !votemap
and dispaly X Random Maps. (editable amount) and player vote by !vote1 !vote2 etc.

That possible?

This would be great. Especially if it worked happily with Yurio's map plugin
