hey my plugins dont load,
ive restarted my computer,
ive redownloaded server plugin and moved mw3 files over again,
i have tryed everything but it isnt working what do i do now?
Does the addon itself load?

yeh addon loads but plugins dont load, ive had this problem before but it fixed it self but now its just not working?

Either you didn't put the im the right folder (\plugins) or you use outdated plugins.
