1. Go to C:\steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3\main
2. Open with winrar localized_"yourlanguage"_iw00.iwd and go to localized_"yourlanguage"_iw00.iwd\images
3. Put all the files from "new" folder to localized_"yourlanguage"_iw00.iwd\images
4. Have a nice war!
