I didn't agree with d0h either. And as d0h says. Modifying gameplay = modding, than modding is not modifying graphics
Ok well let's all release our MW3 configs, because they are 'mods' as well under this logic

but not as 'mod'. They are released as config, lol
this has not only config but also color correction injector, so i cant call it a CONFIG either
you modified the config file and then released it....
