Guys, I'm back to my problem.
After putting r_filmUseTweaks "1" in "sc_config.ini" I played without effects, (good) but after restart or crash map the effects come back.

explain you better? Sorry for my English.

The dvar is called clientsideeffects "0". Fast_restart after setting it is mandatory.

@JariZ do you think this thread is a plugin release?
