VAC, punkbuster bans everyone besides hackers :\
well, I choose VAC because is more easy to hack XD
Both suck, but punkbuster is more customisable.
They both have some good things, some bad. There are no perfect anti cheating services. I'd say PB is better when using a streaming service.
Both suck, but VAC has better banning methods (you never know which hax got you banned because of delayed bans)
VAC is generally better in detecting cheats. Don't compare VAC to PB when compared to CoD. Compare it to CS:S and CoD4. (where VAC and PB are properly being implemented)
(actually, I think every game using VAC besides CoD 6, 7 and 8 have it implemented correctly)
Also: an unadministered PB server will also have lots of cheaters on it (like MW2; no serveradmins).
So compare it properly and come to the conclusion that VAC > PB.
