Possible for a plugin to only allow admins to use the in game vote?
We've had admins vote kicked by rowdy players over taking the game.
Cool thing about this, is that it would allow you to pick the player name
from the in game list. Quick way to kick without having to know the
player id, or type out the name.
Since it would only be used by an admin, you'd be able to set it so
that it kicks instantly, without having anyone else vote. IOW, initiating
the vote, would be enough weight to perform the kick.
