I spoke today with EA assistants. Um, they know nothing. They are SURE THAT SOMEBODY ELSE from dice is trying to fix it. As expected...

Well i talked to them and got a free game out of it ^^ +1 ea support they said it should work in 3-5 days

They told me my problem would be fixed withing 2 weeks (I discussed this within 1 week of release) it still isn't fixed, had to reinstall windows
