Is the ranked FFA bug a glitch in the game, or it it how the addon is coded?

It's a glitch in the game
Anything to make the server ranked has this bug too

I cannot get this to run. When I run the bat file I get "Failed to load addon.dll"

The dll exists in the addon folder, not sure why it is not finding it. All the .NET framework and C++ redistributables are installed.

Any suggestions?

Either:
Run the updater and download or
Make sure the file is inside the "<server folder>/addon/dist/addon.dll"

Your anti-virus might be deleting it if you have one

The folder and the dll do exist. When I run the updater the new version notice opens telling me there is a new version. I click yes to update and the connecting to server box opens momentarily and then closes.

Is there a place I can just download the new version?
