nice one )) but i only can 'add to bannlist`' them!! how i can kick them? pls help

lol i used this tool for a long time ago

it seems that every thing works but when come to kick/ban
wont let me kick without error

it says player banned but then it says the route addition failed either the interface index is wrong or the gateway dose not lie on the same network check the ip address table for list on this machine
can you ex-plane what this means cos I've try every thing and don't want to bugger my PC up
