No, you pick a ballistic vest that has the same effect as painkiller in mw2, but the bag has the same style as , so its :opa:

It has the same effect as juggernaut in cod4.. Painkiller = 300hp, vest = 130hp

Painkiller = 100 hp, damage received reduced by 33%. If he had 300 hp, you couldnt be able to kill it with a knife hit(138 damage)
