Ok, I bought the game, can you please tell me how to do it? And Why does it say I need steam???

cause you need steam to acitvate the key and to play.
when you are done you are ready to enjoy the game

Is there a key I have to enter into steam in order to play the game or can I just put the Black Ops and blackops MP.exe on steam?

I didn't buy it on steam, I bought the actual disc.

Put the disc in dvd drive and follow what it says

yep, then create a steam account and enter the serial. after this step the game is activated
