probably because BF3 won so many prices and awards already, that Activision is advertising their new Game even on Soccer matches

thats the reason why it has the same engine and nothing really new
the spend so much money in advertising and promotion..unbelievable

France, and I just did some research, and apparently, a space before an exclamation/question mark is only required in French. I was wrong about that part; but gosh it feels so weird not putting spaces before these marks.
