9mb of download is normal 
the biggest mod in cod4 has 40mb or something (without the maps)
its nice.
My mod size is 25 MB, but this includes new weapons,images,sounds lol
ha .. ha .. lol! ... You can only add sound thats already in blops, so no need to download the "new" sounds

I added line in sound channel like: discdata\sounds\mus and it loaded in my mod WHY
