Hi all

i need a mod that don't let you use some of the perks r weapons or ....
for example you don't want to any body use painkiller in your own server then you open the mod can edit painkiller "1" to painkiller "0" then when anybody join to your server his class is not lock but when hi use that class the death strike is disable for him
