It worked in my mod and I spawned the bots almost the same way.

I can not ever count them that way.

It seems that you can count them like bot3.pers=isbot as they aren't simply
"bot.pers" they are "bot1, bot2, bot3.pers".

Maybe I am dumb

Probably the latter.
