Not necessarily true. If you integrate the .iwd extension into WinRAR (via WinRAR options NOT Open With) you can double click on an IWD, go up 1 level into the main folder and use the search option, eg:
*.iwi

hm okay, didnt knew that, but i never got it to work

i didn't worked i click export and nothink happens

@can1907 Maybe you got a 32-bit pc, In that case remove (x86) from the paths,
Else browse to your black ops folder

Also confirmed to be working @ MW3
