nah 21/3 would return 0 because it is an int
22/3 would return 0.333333333333333333333333333
% is the modulo operator
it returns the remainder after division
ex.
10 % 3 = 1
3 goes into 10, 3 times (9), then there is 1 left over
9 % 3 = 0
3 goes into 9, 3 times (9), with 0 left over at the end
