I wonder why they disabled it, I just liked having a monkey toy because most of the Dvars were removed....

I still manage to have stuff like infinite ammo and godmode in zombie mode(haven't tested online, only solo) by using binds in the config and making it read-only.
Like bind KP_END "toggle player_sustainAmmo" and bind KP_DOWNARROW "god"
It's not as easy as using the console since you have to bind everything to a button, but at least it works.
