Try to get the original texture files from the game you are porting the weapon from.
Get original iwi files from iwd files and place in iwd of black ops/main and let me know.

Ok, you may have to convert them.
You may have to open them in photoshop and save new dds files and then
create new iwi files off of the original texture tga files, ugh!

Ok then i will convert original .dds to new .dds and them into .tga xD. I have no originals .tga, have .dds

And then to iwi and then try to find a place that tells how to use or add an iwd file to the <root>/main folder.
.iwd = renamed zip file
But I am not sure about the naming convention, or exactly how it works.
You might have to also use sv_pure 0 after that.

Try to get all the .iwi generated at the raw/images folder into an own one inside ur folder mod. Then add then while building the mod and choose generate .iwd
