So looking at my steam tools page i notice mod tools isnt there. Im assuming once u buy black ops, youll get the option to download them. I could save 15 bucks by buying the game with amazon. Would adding the game to steam after buying from amazon, give me access to mod tools? or do i need to pay the full 60 bucks and buy off steam to use them?

right click on the steam icon in the taskbar, open library, select tools and voila its there

it doesnt matter where you buy the game, the "call of duty black ops - mod tools (beta)" selection has to be there in the tools list

Steamworks=activate the key on steam
