Hi I've got a problem, this might be a common and newb problem - I am a noob in this shit aswell so.

make the custom ruleset file server sided?

You could delete the mod inside your mod Folder and try rejoining the server and Download the mod again...

on the server, rename the iwd file to

z_svr_customruleset.iwd
