is there any way to force a player to take a screen shot ? and have it upload to a server folder. like pb did in cod4. is pb able to be used with mods? or can a mod be made to do this?

No it is not possible because:
1. VAC is already used
2. Adding a screenshot for clients via mods is not just possible
3. You can't access the server folder (only FTP for mods)
UAC3 does this im pretty sure, if you're running a ladder maybe look at using it..
lol, it is possible, i tried cod4 menu, and i saw error(windowed O_O) this key is already used, and 2nd error: WARNING! This IP is banned by Punkbuster.... whata
there are still pb functions in the game, unused
so, dont use it, maybe you can be banned !?!

As far as I know we can disable vac on unranked match any way...
if anyone could get screen shots to dump to server folder i would prob give them a hand job...
Well, it's not possible with a mod (without external tools) so get over it. Look on the bright side: you don't have to give a hand job.
