is there anyway to 100% have the roll you want?

there is built-in developer mode -> choose your own roll

Whenever I get the choose a roll, I try and put 89 for vampire and I get choose a roll again. Maybe it's a bug?

If you play in the Khaos Krew -KK- server the reason is doesnt work is because i took that roll out of the game
