Step by Step:
1-Say hello to ->
2-Go to your game directory, where the game launcher is
3-Remove iw4mp.exe from that folder(make a backup better)
4-There is another exe called iw4mp.exe.old
5-Drink some water
6-Rename iw4mp.exe.old to iw4mp.exe and save changes
7-Enjoy your mods

It did not gave me a "old" .exe - Mind putting your .exe in mediafire or megaupload?

And the developer console was sort of f*cked after the update...
