Sorry to burst your bubble, but it isn't your permission to give It's Activision/Treyarch's, technically speaking, any mod made, is still property of Activision/Treyarch, however, he IS still breaking the T&C's and also the law. Also, on the top of that, Wireworld is probably not his gaming center, just lives near it I'm guessing. Or is the cleaner there.
