Hello i just want to know how to play 2 mods in CoD4 (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare), because i wanted to play bots and pro mod together, hope you can answer.. sorry if it is not allowed to post about cod 4

not possible. The cod4 bot mod controls the bots with weapon file because there is no script function for stand/crouch. So you would need the source code of both mods to combine them.
